Do you offer personalization or custom designs?
At this time, we do not offer customer-submitted personalization. All of our products are pre-designed and made to feel personal, meaningful, and gift-ready right out of the box.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes:

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
Because each product is made to order, we begin processing quickly. Orders can only be changed or canceled before production starts. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@timelesstreasuregifts.com.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry if something isn’t right with your order. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We’ll take care of it quickly.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or there is a confirmed production issue. Please double-check product details before placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship worldwide from the USA. Shipping times and fees vary depending on your location. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
